This is a free app designed for both Android and Apple devices.
A verification email is automatically sent to your the email address you used when you first registered. If you do not see this verification email in your inbox within a few minutes please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your verification email please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email account you used when you registered and one of our support team will investigate.
To register just open the site url and click on the sign up button, fill all the required fields and then submit. You will be sent a verification email which you need to click on the link to verify you are genuine.
Yes it is free to join and to use. There are two levels of membership - basic and full. As a basic member you are restricted to looking at 5 profiles per day and sending 1 message. You can also add events and advertise them to other students. If you want to view more profiles, send more messages per day or have access to enhanced features such as the chat room and be able to add pics to your photo gallery then you will need to pay a small fee to upgrade to full membership.
The best way to reach out to other students on the site is to post your event on the Event page which will be seen by all students. It is free and easy to do.
Just click on "forgot password" in the login box on the home page and you will be able to reset your password. If you have any problems then please email support@connect2students and one of our support team will assist you.
Login to your profile on the website and click on the top right hand corner menu bar. Click on "Edit Profile" and then go to section 3 "Additional Information" where you can change what you are looking for. Remember to click "Update" at the bottom of the page. You can edit your profile on the app as well.
If you don't see your city listed in the drop down menu email email@example.com and they will add your city/town to the database.
